Returns and refunds

Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If an item doesn't suit you, you have 15 days to return it by mail. Return conditions: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (with tags). Return procedure: Contact us at cpbparis.store@gmail.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions and the return address. Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process the refund via the original payment method (within 4 to 10 business days). Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Delivery times

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible after your payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time.
